Picked up my mother & drove 30 mins to take her to this shop to buy a moon boot. Rang on the Friday to check it would be open on Saturday & whether boot was in. Told 9am open & yes boot here. Shop eventually opened at 10.30 with the girl telling us she’d been out all night & sorry. She knew nothing about moon boots in general. I found boot, tried fitting boot - she was googling what to do. Decided to buy boot & get help from another person. She couldn’t get the eftpos machine to work so told us to pay cash. Bad expericence from start to finish!
Bought a Hero Walker 2 years ago. Very good and light. But one screw was loose and lost. Came to show room at Boxhill and got it fixed by Shashank. Thanks a lot

The shop is in a quieter part of Whitehorse Road which makes it more convenient for parking especially when assisting an elderly person out of the car and into the shop. The store is clean and tidy, the products are displayed well. Shashank was of great help, organising for the equipment quote to be sent to our home care provider promptly and even personally delivering the products to my parent’s place when I explained that we needed use of the wheelchair for a certain event.
