The shop is in a quieter part of Whitehorse Road which makes it more convenient for parking especially when assisting an elderly person out of the car and into the shop. The store is clean and tidy, the products are displayed well. Shashank was of great help, organising for the equipment quote to be sent to our home care provider promptly and even personally delivering the products to my parent’s place when I explained that we needed use of the wheelchair for a certain event. We were welcomed with big smiles by Poonam. Poonam took us through all chairs and mattresses on offer for my parents trial. She was very supportive and empathic to mum's needs. She has great product knowledge She gave us insight into the products and explained the right aspects dependent on my mother's needs. A really great experience with kindness and support.
