Had a great experience at ILS Box Hill last Thursday when I visited with my grandfather. The showroom was quite busy, but Nishka still made sure every customer was looked after. She was incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. Really appreciated the excellent customer service — will definitely be coming back!

Amazing service, given a massage chair for waiting and Lakshika very good service, showed how to use the walker.
From the point of arrival the staff were very welcoming and attentive.. We were half an hour early and they offered us water, while we waited for the OT to arrive.. Poonam was very attentive, patient, compassionate ,knowledgeable and made our experience smooth into choosing a bed specially the mattress.. Thankyou all ! The process was fantastic and would highly recommend
After some of the glowing reviews (there's at least one recent fake one here) my experience here was very disappointing. Actually it kind of upset me since I was having a bit of a bad day anyway. I was looking at getting a walking stick to help me balance. One of the sales ladies sat behind the desk uninvolved in the process.The other one didn't seem to be really listening & was talking over me.
