Had such a great experience at independent, Bonita not only created my dream ring she was amazing to work with, so lovely and answered all my questions! Created a custom ring, was told it would take 4 weeks and she had it done in 1. Highly recommend!

When shopping for rings, you find a lot of sales people out there that just want to make a sale. They don’t follow up and they see you as a transaction Then there is independent jewellers. They take it to a new level with exceptional service and prices. I had an unbelievable experience, and would recommend anyone to go see Samara. She goes above and beyond. Don’t waste your time and go see her.

75.00 to solder 3 chain links is excessive but because it was a gift from my late wife I paid. To then pick up the chain fixed but not cleaned was poor customer services. Never shop there again thus lost a customer for good.
