Independent Jewellers are unquestionably the best jewellers in Edmonton. I’ve worked with Samara on two custom pieces now, and she’s been absolutely wonderful — so friendly, easy to talk to, and great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. She really helped bring my ring design to life, and the end results have been beautiful. I have a ring that had a gem stone fall out of it. I went into this jewelery store on Thusday October 9th and they said they could glue a gem stone back in, and have it ready Saturday October 11th at 2pm. I went into the store to pick up my ring, and when I inspected it the glue was still wet and the gem stone was moving around. The lady at the front desk went into the back and talked to the jewelers and they said it takes 24 hours for the glue to set. Sadly, nothing but issues with the purchase of an engagement ring. We’ve had to go back 3 times now: the first time the jeweller did not follow the 3D model that THEY sent us and the ring was not what we ordered. We brought it back and the jeweller rushed through fixing it, giving us back a ring that had visible crooked pieces and looked terrible. We brought it back AGAIN and asked if they could discount some wedding bands for us as we’ve wasted a lot of time here already. They offered $150 discount on a $1400 band, and then... read more
