I have been using this company for thermal printers the last 2-3 years . They are always been helpful with any issue and resolve them in a timely manner.
Company not willing to honor the details of actual order confirmation that was sent by their website. Tried to tell us that the pricing on the CONFIRMED order was too low. Website order stated one price for shipping, which was incorrect method and price. Spoke with Anna, whom was very combative and unwilling to honor the confirmed price or accept any responsibility for their error. Was FORCED to use our own shipping account. Look ANYWHERE else for you ink needs!
