I'm so happy I found Independent!! I've dealt with other companies in the past and this one is by far the best. Super reliable and knowledgeable. I heard a lot of good things before calling them, and they were all true. Exceptional service, and really nice people!

Seemed like a nice guy telling me about himself. He gave a verbal estimate of $300-$400. to replace heating zone valves when I was home with my husband. Replaced two additional parts that were on bill for $150. for both parts. When done he said prepare yourself and asked if Im paying with check or cash?? I said how about letting me see the bill & was shocked at the total. He said he gave verbal estimate of $700. which was not true!!! Wonder how Franco got A+ from BBB & so many 5 stars from others. He installed Biasi Boiler 2-3/4inches from wall when manual states 6”. Unable to open Riello burner door, it’s too close to wall. Flu filled with soot after one year of operation due to wrong setting on air shutter. Phoned this genius; was informed: “he was leaving for vacation to Italy, I should wait for his return”.
