It was a wonderful experience working with IGW. John was quick to give quotes, very informative and the whole process was rather quick. The shower is gorgeous and truly the focal point of my bathroom. This was a long project (on the wood framing side of things), and John could not have been more patient or understanding as he waited for his turn to complete the glass portion of this job. He was a clear, thoughtful communicator and provided solid options for our fully custom glass railing, which made decision-making much easier. Our new (to us) home in Waynesboro, PA lacked a shower door to the large walk-in shower. Three online inquiries produced 2 mixed responses and one very professional one from Independent Glass Werx. We could not be more pleased with the initial contact, the advice, the follow-up quote and in the end, an ideal outcome. John Angles was professional, prompt and thorough.
