returned my call within a hour. very polite and professional . He gave me prices over the phone and asked for a picture. He was able to identify the problem, give me a quote and make the appointment for the next day within that same phone call. I got 4 bids and he tied with one other for best price. No hard sell. No funny business. Just a hardworking business with strong ethics . They were on time and did the job in 1 1/2 hours.
They gave the best bid, were patient with our questions, showed up on time, did great work, and techs sent were attentive.
They are great. Second time I have had them out. First to change gears on an old opener, and second to finally change the opener out with all new hardware. They were so quick and nice. They are to the point get it donecare are gone. I was very pleased both times and they came out 3 years after the first time with the same service. They are the only place i will deal with from now on.
