I had an excellent experience with John and his team. John was extremely communicative and transparent with the work and pricing, and the installation went very smoothly, and he went above and beyond to help me find a garage door product, even though it wasn't going to make him any money. This business does things right; I highly recommend for any garage related service you might need.
I managed to mess up the large garage door in my shop. IGD was responsive, easy to communicate with, and prompt. I received an estimate and the work was scheduled for the following week. The work was completed as scheduled. The estimate was honored and even reduced because I still had a couple of parts from the old door they were able to use. I highly recommend IGD.
