I'll be using John and his team again - absolutely! Friendly service, solution based service and very reasonably priced!
Called Sunday night because my garage door wouldn't open and John was able to get a couple guys out first thing Monday morning to get the door fixed, the guys were awesome (Emilio and I forgot the other guys name) and got it working again in about 30 minutes. Pricing was fair and reasonable, would recommend to any and everyone looking for garage door repair.
They promised a 1-year warranty, but when my door jammed again within two months, they told me it wasn’t covered. What’s the point of a warranty if they won’t stand behind their work?
They quoted me one price over the phone but added surprise fees once the job was done. What was supposed to be a $200 job ended up costing over $350. Total bait-and-switch.
The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when I called to ask about a problem after the repair. They acted like I was being difficult instead of addressing my concerns.
