If you use the Independent Federal Credit Union you need to read this message. I am the victim of a crime and have been further victimized by the IFCU. My debit card and PIN was skimmed by a device and used by the criminal to withdraw $810.00 from my account (two transactions of $403.00 plus a two dollar fee for each). The Credit Union refuses to refund this money because the thief had my PIN number, impllying that I "authorized" the withdrawls. I AM THE VICTIM.

Terrible service on New Year's Eve. No Internet access or ATM service. I was out of town and had been calling since 9am. No one answering phones or returning calls. This ain't GM, New Year's Eve is still a working day for most people. IJS.
