Terrible customer service ordered lenses they told me 10 days an checked up on them. They now tell me they have no clue what’s going on. Ridiculous!!!
Dr Harkins is wonderful with my 4 year old. I think the Beverly office is well run and they've always treated us with kindness. I've gotten glasses and contacts via Dr. Harkins as well.
Dr. And Staff were awesome... Very friendly and helpful!!!! Love this place!!!! Excellent!!!

I had the worst Customer Service experience of my life at Independent Eye Care of Danvers, MA this past Friday. Disappointing as I have been seeing Dr. Seymour for over 15 years he is a great guy and as a result of this past experience I will not be returning.
