300 more dollar just for a tire valve stem replacement, they told me $150 per hour, but never tell me that's include their break, drinking and chat time. Not resonable for two hours just remove a tire and find a valve stem put back on. Totally ripped off.
I brought my 1 yr old Ford F53 based motorhome to IDS to repair a broken exhaust hangar, and straighten a steering wheel that was put on crooked by Ford. The work was done promptly and they kept the inside of the coach clean. I will use them again for maintenance.
Who accepts a part and issues a check with no matching purchase order, no recollection of the part, and then takes it out on the advisor who didnt even place the order. Need a new manager your guy isnt it but I do appreciate the formal complaint placed on me and you're messing with lives here pal. The phone call is recorded and kept on file and in no way shape form or manner did I get out of line.
