Disappointed that IDS did not respond to questions regarding their warranty policy. In spring 2025 they repaired my RV rt. front bearing. In July, 2K miles later, the bearing failed, but they were too busy to fix. Found another shop and had to pay for the repair twice, and not sure it was needed in the first place.
Fair rates. Good, quality service from honest folks.
Friendly and willing to do whatever is needed!
