I wouldn't recommend getting an MRI here. You're report will be about 4 paragraphs long and no in depth results and things will be left out. Go to Frankort Regional Medical Center, their MRI's are in depth, 4-5 pages in length, and time is taken to read the actual MRI to help you get proper treatment.

I was slated for an MRI at a hospital in Lexington but decided to shop around and found IDS. I was concerned about such a pricing differential between IDS and a few other locations contacted. However, that concern was quickly eliminated. Their customer service was very good. I had no issues with the timeliness of getting seen per my scheduled appointment. Also, the resolution of the imagery met my needs. IDS doesn't have the best curb appeal but given my experience with them that doesn't matter. Best bang for your buck.

This is my 2nd mri with this office. The 1st one went well! Affordable even with my co-pay, the lab tech was friendly & helpful... However the 2nd one hasn't went as well. I arrived 10 mins before my appt time & found out while talking with the people who were here before me that they had been waiting a full hour to get an MRI after driving for a full hour! I am still waiting while quitting time here fast approaches. I'm sure there are better & more efficient ways to schedule appointments. I would recommend this practice mor... read more

I hate MRIs but this was as pleasant of an experience as I’ve ever had. The technician was friendly, very competent and super fast. I got my results same day. The cost was very affordable (I had to pay since I hadn’t met my deductible). I’d give 5 stars but the facility/equipment is a bit dated. I don’t think that has any major impact on the quality of the product though.
