I can't recommend these guys enough. They have made running an LLC and paying taxes a breeze. Update May 2018: I now have two 2 LLC's and actually pay ICTaxAdvisors twice due to having to keep things separate. That should tell you just how awesome they are. Don't have to worry about a thing. Have been through 2+ tax seasons now with them and everything just works.
