Excellent case managers nurse
I hate I care insc they told me I can’t go to anymore e rs when I have shortness of breath I have it almost every morning I feel so sick in my stomach I feel my chest pounding a pshychritrist won’t help
They are not helpful and don't listen. They don't send out provider directories or anything. They give you a rough time when trying to bring something to their attention they don't care about the information members may have to be helpful and don't make note of it either. They tune you out major
They work from home and rarely return phone calls. They don't help you with anything because they work from home. Their mane goal is to lock you away in a homeless shelter. For over a month and a half they have been telling me that they need one paper to get me into assisted living but they refuse to get the paper because I have it. Now suddenly they need a second paper but give me no way to get it. I have stage four cancer and they have me locked away in a filthy, house with barely any heat. Very kind and caring people work here. The insurance covers Medical Parts A, B & D, including great vision insurance, as well as, great dental insurance. The Benefit card provides monthly rollover!
