The employees are always friendly and efficient!
I have been a customer with independent bank for over 10 years. This location has the worst customer service. Not to mention, the new transition to One Wallet has been a complete disaster. Currently in the process of switching banks after my last encounter with Melanie.
A+ they hold my mortage, they go above and beyond to help me. I look forward to many yrs of banking.
