RecommendedI like dealing with Independent Bank, but their mobile deposit sucks. Everytime I take a photo of my check I wish to deposit into my account I have to take several pictures of it and even though the image is correct they decline the photo and I have to retake it several times and even then more than likely it won't go thru. I end up having to drive over 21 miles to their bank to make a deposit.I also bank with First Tennessee and have no problem with their mobile deposits at all.
I would never recommend this bank to anyone! They are a joke to deal with… They take their sweet time on handling everything! I don’t care if they can get me a better rate I will go with a higher rate just to not deal with them ever again!!
