I had them replace heater core in my bug. They came highly recommended and did the job timely and a good price. However, they broke the frame around my stereo and didn't tell me. The day after I picked up my car it fell off while I was driving. I called and was told to bring it in and that my car stereo was a cheap aftermarket stereo. Needless to say, I haven't gone back. I guess that because I'm a woman this is how your issues are addressed, insulting.
