RecommendedI have used them on multiple occasions for appliance parts and they are very helpful. If they don’t have what you need, they can order it for you usually by the next day.
Was scheduled for repair service between 1-3pm. At 3:05 I called the office and asked if I was still on the schedule. They stated I was but the technician was running behind. A phone call would be nice! Was told the technician wouldn’t make it before 4pm. Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Taking my business elsewhere...
Asked friends on Facebook for recommendation for appliance repair, two friends responded Independent Appliance. Called on Monday regarding a problem with my washer, part was ordered, washer fixed first thing Wednesday morning. Great service. Will keep their phone number for any future problems.
They are AWESOME!! Came out the same day I called and their show up fee is very reasonable considering the price of gas and vehicle maintenance which was AWESOME! The employee was super nice and very Personable and gave us several different options ! 5 star service. They’re great! Very knowledgeable, efficient service, also professional and friendly too. My washer was struck by lightening on a Saturday evening and left dead in its tracks. They came out in Tuesday and had it fixed by Thursday. Very pleased with their service.
I have been using independent Appliance since about 2014. Always helpful, kind and the service calls I have had they done great work!

Excellent customer service and military discount for over the counter parts.
Came out for a service call last Thursday, it was $79.95. He found the issue, we thought. Same problem happened again, they charged $75 for labor the second time. If they would’ve thoroughly checked it the first time, they wouldn’t have had to come back out. I feel the second charge was wrong.
