Love living here. The building is clean, it’s walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and the manager here is really nice and helpful !

It's a roof over our heads; and a bit pricey for living in an industrial area. But any place in the area that's not a rat trap is going to cost roughly the same: $4K/month plus utilities and extras: couple a hundred for a garage and small storage closet near the front door. It's clean and the apartment manager is really accommodating. If you like beer, there's a craft brewery on the ground floor.
We lived there for about 10 months and loved the hospitality of our manager Nicole and all the the residents we met there! They were quick to respond to maintenance requests which made for a lovely time living in these apartments :)
