I’ve been trying to contact their office to inquire availability for a week now and even sent them an email but to no avail nor any reply. I also called their phone front office but it just kept on ringing . I wonder what kind of front office do they have. I’ll give their FO negative zero star if there is for the kind of service they have.
Love living here. The building is clean, it’s walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and the manager here is really nice and helpful !

It's a roof over our heads; and a bit pricey for living in an industrial area. But any place in the area that's not a rat trap is going to cost roughly the same: $4K/month plus utilities and extras: couple a hundred for a garage and small storage closet near the front door. It's clean and the apartment manager is really accommodating. If you like beer, there's a craft brewery on the ground floor.
