This building is in a remote area, although it's very close to the sea. From the outside, it looks quite desolate. The rent is even higher than in big cities, yet there are no facilities inside—just your own unit. Worst of all, there's no on-site property management. They only communicate by email, phone calls are almost never answered, and replies are completely at their discretion. The town is rather underdeveloped with very few options, so there's not much choice.

Cons: Pretty pricey ($4k+) for its location and not having any community amenities besides a couple picnic tables. No gym, no pool, no dog park, no grills, no community center (or lobby), etc. The building has a bunch of empty space on the first level too so they could definitely put in at least a gym or something. The lack of amenities and high price point is the main reason for the 3 stars. If you want a garage it’s $200 extra. I’ve been trying to contact their office to inquire availability for a week now and even sent them an email but to no avail nor any reply. I also called their phone front office but it just kept on ringing . I wonder what kind of front office do they have. I’ll give their FO negative zero star if there is for the kind of service they have.

Love living here. The building is clean, it’s walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and the manager here is really nice and helpful !
