We feel very fortunate to have found Independence Village of Oxford (Waterstone) for my parents, who are in their 90's. The facility is very clean and beautiful. The staff actually cares about the people who live in this community. It feels like a small town or neighborhood, where everyone knows everyone and watches out for each other. My husband and I did not know what to expect, nor were we especially excited about giving up our home. Elizabeth , our tour guide, was so enthusiastic and caring that we soon became very involved in the tour and pictured ourselves living and thriving at Independence Waterstone. Elizabeth was patient, answered all our questions, gave us much to consider, helped us appreciate how simplified and risk free our life could be. We left very positive.
My grandmother was a resident at independence Village Oxford for five years. Now that it is time to be looking for my parents I am interested because we know this facility. Rooms are adequate size menu options are lovely and the care. My grandma had was top-notch. I recommend this facility.
