Consumers beware, this title company is horrible. We had a submit paperwork 3 because the paperwork was filled-out incorrectly. And then they told us that we're going to have to do an appraisal and some other stuff before closing. And then all of a sudden, they told me on the 31st that we had closing, and then I needed to sign. I had to drive back from Austin to fault worth.
