Non-responsive! The ladies in the office are non responsive and rude. I would never recommend them to any of my clients.
Horrible experience. Communications skills are subpar and expect an unprofessional several day response time. When dealing with the largest financial decision of your life I would highly advise to go anywhere else. Their lack of communication not only with myself, but with the seller as well and is causing a delay in closing. Papers are signed but I still cannot enter the house I just purchased! The response underneath is the first time someone has contacted me, only after this review was posted.
Simply the best Title company in the area! This company has helped me with everything from complicated Commercial transactions to simple Residential deals. You can't go wrong with choosing Independence Title of Clear Lake!
I will update my review if anything changes. so far lock off explanation. They don’t walk you through your paperwork. They pick a day for closing without even ask you looks like they have more important things to do than actually communicate and explain things to the client.
This is an excellent title company. Brittany, JoAnn, Kimbra, Tommy, Eliana, Sarah, and Wendy all work together to get everything done in a smooth fashion. Highly recommend.
