I am a current resident 7 years and everthing everyone said is true criminal level slumlords. If I can stop one person from moving in it is something. The prop mgr is not really a prop mgr and is in NJ, the owners tell workers to fix it as cheaply as possible and the of site contact has a fav saing "if you do not like it move out" Fire almost a year ago rooms still not finished, cockroaches galore and no real contraced treatment program. Voy para mi tercer año aquí no arreglan nada. La renta se paga al día y aún así el apartamento tiene muchos problemas y nada que los solucionan toman fotos hacen apuntes y ahí termina . Arreglaron un liqueo del apartamento de arriba más de un año y todavía está sin pintar en el cuarto está igual tampoco lo pintaron se y para colmo se cae el pedazo de panel que pusieron el aire del cuarto y la calefacción no funcionan más de 1 año hubo un fuego en el edificio y la cerradura la rompieron los bomberos y va ya para 1 año y todav... read more
Alguien sabe de alguna oficina o algún número,que uno pueda denunciar a estos apartamentos?? Es totalmente insalubre vivir en esos apartamentos. Ellos nunca resuelven ningún problema. Por eso ay tanto problema de fuego🔥 en este lugar. Y más problemas... NO RENTE AQUÍ.
