I would NOT recommend this company. I did in office traning for 8 hours and they refuse to pay me. A WHOLE day worth of traning and they will not pay for it because I decided the PDN case they wanted me to take was not a good fit (I should still be compensated) I have never EVER experienced anything like that before, and when you try to contact upper management you get NO response!
This is directed to LPN'S, RN'S, Respiratory Tech's...If your a new Grad, or considering a change I would highly recommend that you give Independence Plus a phone call. They are growing and are short staffed, THEY WILL interview you! I have some nice things to add here but before I do, I wanted to address a review on here that makes no sense.
