The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and responsive management. Connie is the best! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to live!
Manager Connie Porter, and office personnel always friendly and helpful. They listen to your concerns, do not berate you for complaining. Makes you feel apart of the community.
I have family and friends living there for the past ten years great staff and maintenance staff super nice and helpful people, even gets an occasional ice cream on hot day!
For anyone considering renting in the future, consider reading the lease prior to signing. Pets are not allowed on the balcony nor in the halls, which you have to walk through to access the dog park, as those areas are considered as belonging to ZG Properties and not the tenant. The lease cannot be broken under any circumstances including DEATH.
