Independence Place Killeen is a beautiful property. The staff were helpful and I enjoyed the snacks. I felt welcomed.

Just left this place with my bf after nobody greeted us. There was 2 women laughing, they seemed like staff. Plus 1 guy who seemed like a mailman. Before this we tried calling and they hung up.
Yet another update, it somehow got worse. The front office ladies dont know what theyre doing. If you can get them to answer the phone, "im not sure id have to ask my manager, ill email you the answer." and then you never get an email. I dont know if theyre just overworked or dont care or both. Im leaning towards overworked as I only see 2 people in there anyway but this place cannot keep property management ever.
