I recently stopped by this apartment complex for a tour and was genuinely impressed. Aliyah showed me around, and she was courteous, upbeat, and incredibly informed about the property. She made the entire visit clear, comfortable, and enjoyable. The rest of the leasing staff was also warm and attentive. The community itself is spotless, well-designed, and offers great amenities, creating a welcoming environment that really feels like somewhere you’d want to live.
My daughter and I had the opportunity to tour this complex. Our tour guide Ms. Anita Washington was informative, friendly and really professional. She answered our questions and made the tour fun. After the tour, we found iut that she is new to the location. She did great to be new managemnet. My daughter is still deciding on where she would like to move to, however this location is on top of her list.
I’ve been at this property going on a year now and I honestly have had no complaints. Maintenance requests are always quickly attended to, leasing staff is pleasant to deal with. More specifically Jenae, great attitude, helpful and highly personable. Easy to talk to and establishes a relationship that makes it feel as if you’re dealing with a friend as opposed to someone you pay every month. Love the property and the staff
Absolutely horrible!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This place should be black listed by fort hood. If you are a solider they’ll take advantage of you. They gave 3 different balances when trying to leave then tried to charge a late fee for them locking me out of my account to pay. Then told me I had 72 hrs to get all my stuff and after 48hrs locked me out when I was in the middle of dropping off my second to last load of stuff.
