Miss Janae was very kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. I am moving from out of state and it’s been very difficult to have a a smooth experience over the phone with most complexes. Janae was very kind and patience and put Independence Place at the top of my list just simply based off of my interaction with her. You can tell the staff truly cares about your overall experience and well being. She answered every question I had and met any concerns with solutions.
When I visited Independence Place Killeen Apartments, Haley Hansel was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions with kindness and professionalism. The amenities were amazing—especially the resort style pool, which was so nice and relaxing. If you’re interested in renting here, be sure to ask for Haley—she’s the best!
Ever since moving in rent goes up and up started off 1546 to current 1701 this month. The month before 1668 and this is a three bd rm by the way this apartment complex is not worth it , I had a 75 dollar credit on my account and all month I asked for refund never gotten one complex manager says they are not able to refund end of the month rents due Ofcourse however that month it went up 75 dollars ? I had a phenomenal experience at Independence Place in Killeen, thanks to Mrs. Haley. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was warmly greeted with a smile and offered refreshments, which set a welcoming tone for the visit. Mrs. Haley provided a thorough tour of the property. Following the tour, she clearly explained all requirements to move forward with the leasing process, making everything straightforward and professional. I recommend Independence Place, Killeen, to anyone seeking a great place to live.
