I went in for take in interview and Tracy started with a few excercises. The second day in she began with stretching then exercises for adhesions in shoulder. When I was telling her about the pain in my neck, she took time to loosen up those muscles. We then finished up with more excercises. Going back for more next wee.
Fixed my knee problems rapidly and professionally.
This was essentially our intake interview. Our therapist (Cindy) was very patient. She asked pertinent questions to get the full measure of our needs and set up a treatment routine that was not too demanding to get us started. We feel very comfortable with the treatment we'll be getting at Independence.
Love this place! Everyone is friendly, welcoming. Nicole was an excellent therapist and the MOG is a perfect place to work out.
I need to let you all know that in my opinion, I have probably the best Physical Therapist in Connecticut, Cynthia Holliday, DPT. She is professional, knowledgeable, gentle in her touch and an excellent teacher. Yes, she teaches all the time. Every client is patiently taught how to do their homework. Professional staff focused on making me whole again.
Thanks to Independence Physical Therapy I have my life back. The pain I was in was getting in the way of sleep, work and being able to do basic things. After my first visit I could already see some relief. It takes a lot of work to rehabilitate after an injury and they do it. They follow up with you in between visits, treat you like family when you are there and push/encourage you through the difficult parts. They are so professional and caring.
