We moved in and spoke with the office manager Georgiana who was extremely rude from day one. She has a very conniving attitude and demeanor. We were told at first the rent was $775. But later told about the $140, which after we moved in it changed to $145 fee for cable. We went to time warner to activate and they tell us it includes ONE standard box and slow internet. They charge more for seniors and an amenity fee you can't opt out of (instead of just including it in the rent price) and then when you ask questions they choose only to answer only parts. My father doesn't need to pay for 100 cable channels OR walking trails. :(

Good luck with the management in this place. We moved here end of June. The apartment had a chemical smell to it from what we were told was the carpet cleaning. As soon as that chemical smell started to subside we instantly noticed a VERY STRONG smell of cigarettes. We do not smoke so it was very bothersome to us. We asked for weeks what the office planned to do about the smell and we were given the run-around, every time.
