I have used then 3 times on my nearly 49 year old unit, not only have they taken the time to teach me how to properly clean and troubleshoot , but when we had trouble with our bank account being compromised they waited nearly a month for their payment ! This is the best company with city convienance and small town family run values !
Do your wallet a favor and find another company. We called for routine maintenance on our A/C. They replaced a part called dual run capacitor, which runs on the internet between $10-$50. Our final bill for maintenance and the part........$370.00! When we questioned the company on the cost they stood by their price! Find another company! I would have given 0 starrs however I was required to pick a star!
