Visiting friends will have to find street parking and will have a considerable walk. The auto close doors are not adjusted properly and the push button door on the office area hardly ever works. If you have a disability you will probable have issues with the doors.

Nice apartments. Kind of small. No extra storage space. Rent seems high but equal to other nearby locations. Everything else is added on: utilities, pet rent, parking... it's all extra.
The parking lot was clean and there was plenty of space for me to make a few phone calls after looking at an apartment with a friend who's moving.
