So grateful for this team's thorough, attentive, and compassionate assistance with my Mom's end of life care. Mia kept me informed of her daily visits and Mom's condition. Extra stops were made by the team to ensure Mom's comfort. Nurse visits were very thorough. They took time with Mom and us daily at the end and responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. My mom was in their care because she had end stage renal disease. The night she passed away, the on call nurse was great, but not a peep was heard from them since then. The website is a lie. These are things they allege to provide: "Bereavement and grief support to surviving family and caregivers through Grief educational and support groups One on one counseling services Bereavement visits by social workers and chaplains". None of this occurred. I even contacted them through their w... read more
