Do not apply to this property, I started my process in June , turned in 4 check stubs and all documents just to be put on a waiting list . Was told I was “approved” and just waiting on a unit. Fast forward to August and the unit is “available”, I sent in 4 more check stubs and still waiting. Now in September I no longer have a job and cannot provide anymore check stubs now they’re telling me I no longer qualify and basically I was never approved saying compliance won’t be able to prove I make 2x the rent. I was refunded my $400 deposit when i moved last year, the apartments issued my refund to the wrong address and I’ve called the property several times to get this resolved i have spoken to Deetra who now hangs up the phone in my face i also made contact with the property manager Ms. Sims i have called and emailed her and still have not gotten the issue resolved i have also contacted housing as well…. only been here a month there has been over 14 mouses on traps in my home , I don’t feel like they are taking this as serious , I don’t want to be in that apartment anymore, I have 2 kids under age 3 one of my children are fighting a congenital heart disease and they saying they have no other units available to move me in, this place couldn’t have been checked really good before me and my kids in, I haven’t been home and they still expect me pay rent in a apartment infected with plenty of rats
only been here a month and there’s a big rat probably more in my house, coming from where the dishwasher is and they should have closed that off before moving me and my children in , I still love Mrs. Detra she’s not a maintenance but I hope she can help me get this out the way like as soon as possible because I’m frightened and haven’t left my bedroom since last night
