The nurses are fantastic but getting results to my scan is really starting to irritate the living daylights out of me. They told me I would be called within a week. When that didn’t happen I called them. They told me they had my results but can’t give them to me to contact another person. If I could give it negative stars I would. Dr. Called ahead and said my dad needed admitted and they leave you sit in a fill waiting room knowing you are getting admitted. People have been waiting for over 5 hours to be seen. Someone with stage 3 stomach cancer that is getting admitted and is severely ill stuck waiting and for what? So the hospital can collect money for ER visit probably. This place is a disgrace and they dont care about the patients at all. They only care about money. Jeff from the lab is a Blessing! For years I look for him when getting lab work. He has an act for getting the job done. Sometimes I don’t even realize he had a needle in me. I have had some not ideal experiences w IV’s and draws. I am beyond thankful for Jeff’s abilities. love you Jeff! -Cory Elder
My appointment is for 10 am at butler womens health on e Fairmont st. In new castle. I arrived early and stood at the window waiting to be checked in. Super annoyed. The check in lady for dermatology said " she'll be right with you." After the first 5 minutes, after the next 5 minutes she said it again. I like my practitioner but the office help sucks.
Sat in waiting room for 3 hours put in room pa come in sent me for x ray pa comes back in 10 min later says I know the problem we're not gonna wait for x ray results before she could say that a nurse has papers sign here for discharge poor hospital
