Such a beautiful and welcoming place! My husband gave me the Stars & Stripes membership as a birthday gift and it's been awesome! As a novice golfer I was intimidated during my first lesson but Kelly Hall was fantastic at meeting me right at my skill level! Through the weekly group lessons I have seen him teach very experienced golfers as well as newby"s like myself with immediate impact. i look forward to each visit to Independence and highly recommend a visit, no matter your skill level.
Didn’t play very well at all, but got to see the course. The good - They have endless, new range balls and things to aim at, a field goal post, flags, metal signs, among other things Greens are certainly proper. Fast, true. Sand traps are proper, raked and unpacked even with all the rain Tee boxes are perfectly flat and mowed Maintenance is apparent I drove a green on a short par 4 The bad I still think it is way over priced.
