If you are going to be cart path only, please tell us BEFORE we pay $85 / person. I paid for 3 players this past Saturday and it was so bad, we left after 12 holes. Won't go back. It wasn't too hot, just the fact you had to walk to your ball, walk back to cart to get club, walk back to ball to hit makes for horrible day of golf. Oh, try putting some distance markers in the fairways (the ones you can see from the tee box, NOT little plaques that you can't see unless you are lucky enough to run over them).

My father and I have golfed here for years and the course is clean, well kept, and always fun to play at. Due to our amazing golf experiences, we recently hosted my wedding at Independence as well. Megan and her staff could not have made this easier for myself and my parents!! She is organized, kind, and clearly has a passion for event planning!
