This place was hard to find, it looks like an old house that's been converted into a dentist office. It's dark and dingy. The sadation room is in the basement 😳The waiting room is tiny and compact, and that's just the beginning! I waited over two hours before I even got to see the doctor!! Once he came in, he said his name as he was looking over my X-rays, said he needed more X-rays, then told me what needed to be done. I ignored the red flags & reviews because they were “in-network” with my insurance. Turns out, they didn’t even take my insurance. My first appointment, someone made the wrong type of appointment for me and after I sat around for 40 minutes, was told I’d have to come back another time. Never even saw the dentist. Then when I finally did get seen, an assistant removed my permanent retainer and said I’d have my permanent retainer in 2-3 days, dentist popped his head in to “meet me” and didn’t even say 2 words.
