On all cleaning visits the staff try's to 'up sell' me to costly and unneeded exrays dispite my clear objections as I private-pay. Today, I had to leave as they completely refused to clean/visually check my teeth if I did not pony-up the extra $$$ for exrays. (27 years ago, I had a partially displaced front tooth, pretty sure it remains fine)
My first visit I was a little sceptical due to the outdated office and rude front desk, but tried to give this place the benifit of the doubt. I shouldn't have! I went in for a cleaning and was told how horribly all my teeth were and how I need to get invisaline. Which i do not need at all! They basically just try anything to suck money out of you.
