Never paid me for cancellations after I drove there and client said they had canceled with office. Nobody notified me. Drove 39 minutes back and forth 3 times.. They just ignore me after several emails to Tonya and text messages.Horrible communication. Took me a month to get approved. Background check, fingerprinting, TB test . Video orientation etc. Lied to be about job availability and they want me to drive 70 miles to a client. Total abomination and disgrace
I’m disappointed. I spent 45 minutes on the phone answering questions about myself to get the best care. I asked for 11:00-3:00. The person arriving without any notice at 10:00. She doesn’t understand enough English to do anything properly, has been lying about her hours and has almost broken a few Knick Knacks while dusting. She doesn’t know how to do laundry.
By far the worse company!! No communication and you don’t even meet the ppl in person. They give you the run around about everything even with the family’s do not get care form this company!!! You will be very disappointed
