I was on vacation in Rochester, New York when my brakes began to grind. I had a very small window to have them looked at and repaired. After a Google search and reviewing different companies, I called Independent Car Care Center in Irondequoit (I appreciated their honest response to a one star review). I explained my situation and the person checked with his staff to make sure they could take a look at it that day and they were able to fit me in. Jeff and Cody were able to get my daughter's vehicle in to fix the AC the same day I called and they had it ready in about 4 hours when other places told me I'd have to wait a day or more before I could even bring it in. Cody even comparison priced the OEM compressor vs knock-offs to offer the best value (OEM was almost the same price as knock-offs, so I went with OEM).Their price for the whole job was competitive and the work was well done. Their 2-year/24000 mile warranty also provides peace of mind. Thanks!
