I Love banking here. The people here are so nice and send u signed cards for your birthday. Very nice of them.
Your money is not safe here! The tellers do not have the attention to detail required to make sure your money is deposited into the correct account. Multiple times they had deposited my money into someone else's account with the same name as me. When I called to resolve the issue I was treated very rudely. Independance bank did not take responsibility for their mistake that their tellers had been making neither did they treat the situation as the big deal that it is. I have no idea why you changed your hours to where you close at 4:30 instead of 5:00 but I'm utterly disappointed.
