My wife and I love this bank. We have our accounts here and my wife opened one with my daughter as well. Today my daughter found someone stole her debit card. She had it locked so no funds was stolen but she had to go to work so was unable to get a new one. Since my wife is on the account Amanda was able to issue a new card for my daughtet and my wife was able to pick it up for her. I Love banking here. The people here are so nice and send u signed cards for your birthday. Very nice of them.
Your money is not safe here! The tellers do not have the attention to detail required to make sure your money is deposited into the correct account. Multiple times they had deposited my money into someone else's account with the same name as me. When I called to resolve the issue I was treated very rudely. Independance bank did not take responsibility for their mistake that their tellers had been making neither did they treat the situation as the big deal that it is.
