Just want to give a shoutout to Joel & the team at Independence Automotive. I needed some pedals extensions for my new car. I took it to the shop for a consult. I was told instead of getting new pedals manufactured they could modify my existing pedals to fit more securely to my car which would not only be more cost effective but could be done faster. I have been using the services of Independence Automotive for a number of years and they are hands down the best vehicle adaption specialists in the business. All the work they have carried out on my vehicle has been of the highest quality and professionalism. In terms of customer service, the team are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. They are approachable, honest, and nothing has ever been a problem. Their service has been impeccable, and I can't speak highly enough of them.
The work these guys do in helping people with disabilities to drive again and regain some of our independence is admirable. They are so lovely and helpful... and their work is done with professionalism and confidence.
I recently had a Bruno hoist installed into my RAM 1500 to help with my independence, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results!
