I have had my car in for service for the same issues repeatedly. This last visit, a mere 600 miles away from my warranty expiration, I asked them to fix several things. They kept my car for two days, put 37 miles on it and told me nothing was wrong with my car, so they fixed nothing. I had concerns for the high mileage they seem to incur, as each time I bring my car in for service I get it back with over 35 miles on it every time. The service department is completely inexperienced and has very poor customer service. They can basically only get through the minimal amount of work due at a tune up and seem to "forget" to do things like tire rotation or diagnostics. We just spent $300 for them to change our oil, check the transmission and not fix what we asked them to check out. This was our 2nd visit and are even more upset this time out than last.
