I’m leaving a review under a different name but I’ve worked for this company for almost a full year now. Never had a problem with the scheduling team. Carolyn, Brooke, and Shelby have been great the entire time I’ve been employed. BUT there is a new scheduler and her name in Tracy, very bad at communicating, seems like she hates her position or being contacted.
