Sign language interpreters here are usually the best ones, but there are a few who should not be there at all. RID required 5 years minimum to qualify, some don't even have that, you can't even act RID if you don't have the training, its life and death, sometimes even our job is on the line, I had to use close captioning on the job training video instead of the sign language interpreter.
