This review is for Indelcor Electric who has been contracted to replace the residential breaker panels in a 404 unit complex in Culver City. This review is based on the installation of my unit, my neighbors unit that I manage as well as other units in the complex that other neighbors have been complaining. When they installed the unit, they drilled holes so far through the wall it damaged the dry wall in the other room.
