Mr Indeglia does not follow through with his clients. Took my balance of my business checking account to pay any outstanding bills from a closing. And I submitted a bill to pay a client. 3 months later he still did not pay them and is not returning any phone calls. Not good !

I’ve done many closings, this was my fourth closing just this year, and this was by far the worst closing experience I have ever gone through to sell my property. They delayed my closing for 30 days because I didn’t have one document (a tax form) from the city, and even at closing they STILL didn’t have it, but closed anyway, so, as I was telling them all along, the document was not needed for closing.
