Always a great experience with the Incubase team. I am based out of ATL and my CEO regularly visits Las Vegas for conferences and board meetings. Easy to book, super fast responses from them and a great value. Will continue to do business with them for our Vegas trips.
I had the pleasure of touring the building today and there are several workspace options, including desk, office and meeting room rentals. Plus a cool outdoor patio that has strip views! Great for short term needs for companies just getting started or in a transition. They even have daily options for a last minute office! Love the includes snacks and drinks too. Ample parking and clean restrooms. All in a convenient SE location close to the airport, minutes from the strip, and a short drive to Henderson.
Absolutely fantastic boardroom space. Lois (the property manager) was fantastic to work with, was willing to be flexible with us, took initiative to make things professional, clean, and well positioned. Technology worked flawlessly (wireless screen / laptop sharing), the refreshments were well stocked, new, and thoughtful. Overall, if it could have more than 5 stars I would, and I plan to use this space again in the future.
We used this space for a hiring fair we were doing & it was amazing!!! Thank you to the owner/host who went above and beyond. She printed signage with our logo and clear directions on how to find us- as well as sat in the lobby to greet and lead candidates back to our space. They have so many different spaces for you to rent, all catering to different needs- and they have a free snack, coffee, water bar for when you are using the space. Overall seamless experience! Would definitely use again!!
Recently, my non-profit organization rented a private office with Incubase during the election season. It was such a resoundingly positive experience! The owners, Eloisa and Jonathan, are some of the most hospitable and helpful humans I have met in Las Vegas. Beyond being immediately responsive to answer even the most miniscule question from me and my team, they showered us with tasty snacks and encouraged us to use their high-tech coffee machine.
