10 weeks, 14 voice mails and 8 emails and not a response at all. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Horrible...don't waste your time.
This company is a scam, I received a box late and it was also damaged, I tried to return it but they don't want to respect the 30 days money back warranty, THE 30 DAYS MONEY BACK WARRANTY IS A LIE! and THE FLOORING THEY SELL IS IN BAD CONDITIONS!
