Everything started ok then my ex wife got involved with my therapist and her been a manipulative person (my ex) made my therapist go against me and now I can not see my daughter and trying everything to get in contact with the therapist via email as professional as I can be and get no reply! Tried twice but again.. no response. CAROLINA CABALLERO not just been unreliable but not to get back to me after been a patient for more than 8 moths I find it very unprofessional.
Today was our first session with caroline for my grand daughter and it went quite well.
I’m extremely thankful for this company!! My teen and I just love our therapists!!!!! We have both grown tremendously.
Very unorganized company. Beware if you were referred here as they might set you up with someone different than specified who is out of your insurance network. If you have EAP benefits, dont give them your insurance information. Otherwise, they'll start billing your insurance right away and hold you responsible while keeping you tied to them by giving you credits for future sessions.
