Asked for specific jewelry And the older Male suggested the wrong type than got upset when we wanted to trade them for the right ones then wanted to charge us for them, which I get and agreed to pay. Next he kept going off to my wife about how it wasn’t his fault. Very unprofessional when it comes to exchanges. Like I Said I understand to a point. There was no reason to act like a child as an old man.
Me and my friends absolutely love coming here!! All of the staff is probably gonna start recognizing us because of how often we drop by but overall they have been super nice and patient with us whenever we pick out our items and they always give us their recommendations. Overall this is the best piercing shop I've been to and I have gotten 3 piercings with the items from the store by one of my friends and every piercing has healed nicely and the jewelry is super cute too :) I recommend this place to everyone I know just be s... read more
Went in 5 minutes before closing and still got great help with the jewelry I needed and all my questions answered as I looked around. Very friendly! Will definitely be back!
