Every single table in all dining areas are very dirty, when they are wiped down with a wet cloth they don't dry them and they just stay wet so have to go get napkins to dry the table with also the the floors underneath these tables are all disgusting pickles everywhere food all over the place there are a couple of things that are okay to eat nothing spectacular everyone was burning up and sweating trying to jump in Springtown and I asked the people at the desk by the waivers if they would please turn on the fans and I was to... read more

We paid for the VIP package. But we wasn't completely satisfied with not having the whole experience explain to us about the game cards and what all it covered. We didn't know at the time of our visit what was covered as attractions with the package. We wasn't aware that the $20 game card was also able to be used with the roller coaster ride. Our understanding was that we were allowed to play video games for 2 hours but one of our guest found out that after we had used all of our $20 game cards that we could have combined th... read more

I dont have any real complaints. Some of the items offered on the buffet are questionable & the pizza just seems to be all pepperoni. There needs to be some kind of security in the game room like chucky cheese. And the discount given to adult party guests is nice but it really should be more considering the price for party packages. But ive been there bunch of times & ill be back.

My son and I had a great time celebrating his 5th Birthday. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Kinda pricey..but grankids had a good time! Buffett was good.
Everyone was very helpful being our first time there our family had s great time thanks to the staff
