Took my kids on opening day. I jumped too. I thought it may be painful because I have bad knees and fractured an ankle a year ago. I played hard for 30 min, had a blast, got my heart rate up, nothing hurt. I jumped in the foam put several times. Loved it and have been thinking about it a lot. I look forward to doing it again soon.
